9220 Sunset Boulevard
Superbly positioned on an iconic stretch of Sunset Boulevard, 9220 Sunset Boulevard combines the vibrant atmosphere of West Hollywood with an office experience truly out of the ordinary.
The three-story triangular building is one of two office towers originally designed and developed by renowned American architect Charles Luckman. The low-rise tower, which features elegant spaces ranging from 500 to 17,000 square feet and an array of outdoor patios and balconies, is connected to the 14-story tower by way of a central lobby where visitors and clients can meet in polished lounges and meeting areas with 24-hour security and concierge services. Located on the border of Beverly Hills, the towers total 300,000 square feet of office and restaurant space and welcome both traditional and creatively inspired tenants.
A multi-million-dollar renovation performed by the award-winning architect Stephen Kanner has updated all the building systems, common areas, and exteriors. The open-air plaza was enclosed to become the present day lobby, and a beautifully landscaped garden with a cafe was created for tenants and visitors to enjoy.
9220 Sunset is home to Soho House West Hollywood, a private members-only club located on the Penthouse Floor and Boa Steakhouse, a contemporary American restaurant located on the ground floor.
